EDUCATION & OUTREACH

Within our education and outreach goals, we are working toward creating a teaching team of experts in all food fields (including gardeners, public health, chefs, farmers, etc.) and organizing a schedule and curriculum for local educational opportunities.

We're also currently working on creating and using branded messages to reach government, civic organizations, realtors, potential businesses, investors, and other stakeholders with "A healthier community is a more productive, attractive, and profitable community!"

FUNDING AND FINANCING

As a new organization, one of the MFA's priorities is securing funding. We are currently working on procuring funding for a staff person (Executive Director/Coordinator) for our nonprofit.

We are also identifying community partners and collaborating with others in Muskegon County to create a stable and sustainable membership base for our community for years to come.
