Coordinates community endeavors to increase the sales and purchasing of local and healthy foods within the county of Muskegon
Also provides farmers with support and resources to start farming and/or continue farming in the face of financial crises
HEALTHY & LOCAL
Connects sources of good food, including food pantries, hubs, restaurants, and grocery stores to all citizens of Muskegon County, and works to canvas the landscape to provide advocacy and coordinate food equity projects
AFFORDABLE & ACCESSIBLE
Works towards food that provides social benefits, contributes to thriving local economies that create good jobs and secure equitable livelihoods, and enhance the health of plants and animals, protect natural resources, and help to tackle climate change
